Micro braids and X-Men

Hi, all

I was hoping someone could help me. I've been trying to find a hair prop of micro braids like the one in the photos.

I have been searching for so long. I'll take it any way I can get it whether it is a ready made prop, a program that can

create it or pieced together from multiple props. Any program except photoshop ( because I haven't learned it yet ).

Also, does anyone know where I can get or know how to create the X-Men Storm's headpiece. Any suggestions or

help given will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance. Skill level is newbie, but, eager to learn.

    Any chance somebody has tried these on Genesis1? While hair from a different figure often works well on another, these types of hair styles seem like they might need a very close match on the scalp to work properly.

    Vidal Braids is designed for Genesis 2 Female specifically and won't work on V4 or Genesis if applied as conforming hair. On Genesis the braids gets bends which cannot be undone with morph dials, hidden or otherwise.  The braids don't get the bends when conformed to V4, but it conforms to the middle of her head.

    You can use it as a hair prop, parented to the head, and rely on the supplied morphs to pose the hair, and the hair comes with lots of morphs as shown on it's product page.
