can someone please help me out?  whenever i download files from renderosity or sharecg they will go to "my library", when i want them to be in the "parameters" section.  whenever i click on the files in the "my library" (data) nothing will happen.  what am i doing wrong?

You need to take the folders that are INSIDE "My Library" in the zip and merge them with the corresponding folders inside your content library, e.g. "My DAZ 3D Library".

thanks for quick reply.  i'm doing the above,  but nothing.  warning though--- im completely new to this, so please be patient

all these files are in my content library, why cant i just transfer them over to parameters?

If they are meant to be displayed in the Parameters pane, then they wont have any user facing files (DUF?), but if they have DUF files, they may be Presets, and you would load them from the content library.

Can you give a link to one of the files on ShareCG, or list what is inisde the ZIP files so that we can help you?

thanks for helping.  i had the thing im trying to get into my parameters there before but i accidentally deleted them, so i know that they belong there. i just cant for the life of me remember how i didd it   i should warn you though, my question involves adult matter material, maybe could i p.m you?

Can you give the full path to one of the files that's supposed to show in parameters (preferably one with an innocuous name)?
