Where's Victoria 4

I feel stupid,I would like to get V4 but I cannot find.I've looked all through the store what I find is stuff that is compatable with V4.I'm missing something please give some help.

    She's named Victoria 4.2, and every time someone mentions Vicky 4, that's who they are talking about. :-)  4.0 is the older version no longer available. Confused me at first, too, when I started out.

    EDIT: You'll need the 4.2 Base and the Morphs++ minimum, so this bundle is the best price for the two items.
