How to Multi-Res a new Geograft?

CyrinadiaCyrinadia Posts: 143

Hello, me again! Still delving into making Geografts. My next question, now that I've got the prickly topic of Rigging out the way is:

How do I make my geograft multi-resolution after bringing it in from Blender? Is it something that should be added within Blender (since we need to use the Base Resolution G# figure to sculpt from)? Or is it something that can be added within Daz Studio itself?

Mostly want to know so my weight map endeavours don't look so bad when I finally smooth the bends out, though I am pleased with how they look anyway.

Thank you all!

A fitted geograft's resolution level is in line with its parent figure... there's no separate SubD faces on the graft, so no need to worry about multi-resolution.
If you do need to see a High Resolution option on it, convert it to SubD before or after fitting, but there'll be no difference...
