Genesis 2 Beard Issues

in New Users
I'm using the following product: Mec4D Unshaven 2 for Genesis 2 Male(s). I'm having an issue with a character I work on where parts of the beard are disapearing while I reshape his face. I tried deleting the beard and re-adding it after shaping ad now only part of the beard is showing (attached picture). None of the shaping peramters have been turned off during shaping.
Any suggestions on what is going on and how to fix it?

I don't have this product but I'm guessing that the beard is a seperate object?
Select the bead, go to edit -> object -> geometry -> apply smoothing modifier
Then go to the beard's parameters and find the "collision item" selection and make sure your figure is selected. Adjust the collision itterations until the beard is not inside the figure anymore (if it gets all jaggedy, adjust the smoothing parameter)
I tried everything you suggested (yes, the beard is a seperate item) and none of it helped. As you can see in the attached picture we even knocked the collision WAY up. Any other suggestions before I completly reconstruct his face?
Okay... I've tested various shapes I have, and it seems that just certain shapes don't work and the beard doesn't auto-follow. They are underlying dark green, but I don't remember what set they are from. All other sets I tried work fine.
If you find out what that morph-set is, then you can report it to CS, and they can forward the information to Mec4D.
