Parts of main menu interface missing

Just opened Daz Pro 4.21 and discovered parts missing.

Favorites (a lot) Scripts, Bookmarks are all missing.

The title are there but nothing else.

Have reset workplace settings to no avail

    Try changing the layout to any one of the other options; then set it back to your preferred working layout.

    "merge menus" is another item that fixes some issues.

    Favourites and Scripts, and as far as I know Bookmarks, all rely on the files they point to being in their correct relative location (or absolute, if they are not in a content directory). Check that your content directories are still correct, and that the files/folders within them have not been moved. Having both the internal and external reference system fails makes it sound like a content directory has been moved or lost (possibly due to a drive letter changing).

    First, thank you all for your answers, tried all.

    Yesterday gave up and started from scratch.

    Added all favorites, scipts, etc.

    Shut down computer last night 

    Opened this morning......they had all disappeared.

    Are the .dsx files there in

    %appdata%/daz 3d/studio4/

    (assuming this is Windows)? If you add a couple of the mising items back in do they seem to get saved when you close DS (does the timestamp on the customactions.dsx file change)?
