Missing clothes...

I mentioned months ago about missing items from my content that had purchased some time ago. At the time I had another problem and I didn't remember what those items were. Today I just found one, maybe two. Here are the two sale pages for two of the items, Cheerleader for Genesis 2 Female(s) | Daz 3D and Cheerleader Textures | Daz 3D . Without the first one I can't see if I'm missing the textures from the second one.
The first one says it's for Genesis 2 figure, and it looks like I'm missing the Genesis 2 figures. Was there ever a Genesis 2 figure?
Funny thing is, I have one Gen 8 figure wearing the outfit saved and it will load up with the figure wearing it. So, what's going on?

Okay, I finally found it under a different name. Man, I wish they would stay consistant.
But, I sitll trying to figure out where my Gen 2 figure went. And what would the original Genesis be listed as? I thought it was 'Genesis' but I can't find it.
Genesis 2 Female lives inside Genesis 2 Starter Essentials.
Okay, I have gotten it but it's not showing up in my Smart Content. (Maybe it's not that smart.)
Does your other characters and base generations show up?
Genesis 2 is in my Smart Content.
Here she is!
Sorry I took so long responding. Life got in the way and I forgot all about this. As for the figures, under Smart Content>Files>Figures>People>Real World only Genesis 3, 8, and 8.1 shows up. Under the Products tab they all show up, Genesis through Genesis 9. So, any ideas what's going on?
How are you installing your content exactly?
I use the Daz Install Manager.
If you find the Genesis 2 icon, and right-click and select Categorize, which path is there then listed?
Right. You can also go into DIM > Installed tab > find a Genesis 2 product > right-click > Show Installed Files
If they're not in the right place, uninstall them and install them into the right spot.
Something that might help - or might not.
I never use my Smart Content pane. I don't even have it docked.
The "Content" pane makes this all very simple.
This way, if I can't find something, I simply Open DIM and, the locations in gives when we right-click a product and go "Show Installed Files" is literally the layout within the Content pane.
The files and folder that don't show up in Content are the parts of the product that are not meant to be user-facing, like data, textures, etc.,
I may be out of turn, but there was an update to Genesis 2 Starter Essentials recently because of this issue I believe. It became apparent during one of Jay's tutorials if I remember correctly. I had the same issue and could only find G2F in Content Library but after the update she can be found in Smart Content.
Ahhh. So that's why I never knew about the issue. I seem to be allergic to the Smart Content pane for some odd reason. I just really like finding things by folder structure. Feels more... what... I don't know. It just works for me.
Oh... and nope. You are Not out of turn at all. Lovely post!
Thanks for the responses. I'll have to play around with it some to see what's going on.
