Question about Iray VS 3Delight while rendering the Yamaki Rapture bike...

This is my second post here so it goes without saying I'm still pretty much a newbie.
The short story is I've bought the Yamaki Rapture bike which is pretty awesome regardless of the troubles I have with it at the moment so I'm still very happy with it. The thing is the renders on the product page show this awesome glow that's done with SSS. Of course, since I've started with Daz about a month ago, I've only been using Iray since I figure that's the way things are gonna be and most comparative renders I've seen are nicer in Iray.
That said, the glow does not appear in Iray so I figured I'd try 3Delight and there it is. So the question is, is there a way to convert an effect like this glow from 3Delight to Iray? I thought applying the Iray Uber Base shader was one way to convert stuff to Iray but that doesn't seem to be it. Is it something that only the maker of the model/texture could fix or is it something I could manage by fiddling with the options?

You need to browse through the surfaces of the bike and find the "Glow" and/or "Light" surfaces, convert them to Iray using the Iray Base shader. Then there will be an "Emmissions" option in the surface where you can select a color for the glow and how strong it will be.
