Can't download anything through DAZ Install Manager

I recently changed the hard drive on my computer and thought I'd try to get DAZ going again, so I got the DIM and fired it up.  It seemed to install fine, but when I try to download anything through it nothing happens and it just says to retry with some odd text in the search bar (pasted below because I can't attach a picture for some reason).  I was able to install DAZ Studio manually, and it appears I can install things through that, but only one at a time, and it takes FOREVER for each item.  Any ideas as to what is causing this and/or what I should do?  Thanks in advance!

    Firstly, if you want to install products via DIM you should not also install stuff via Daz Connect (inside Studio) since that will break stuff. I'd recommend uninstalling everything you have installed via Connect and logging out of your account on Daz Studio.

    For the DIM issue, I think that text is likely referring to product SKUs but I don't know for sure. It might not be related to the "Retry" issue tho, that can be for a few reasons I think (permission and certificate issues are the most common I believe). If you hit one of those buttons to trigger the retry error and then straight away go to the cog in the top right and click on "Show log", scroll down to the bottom and see if there is an entry that corresponds to when you hit the button, if not, do the above steps and select "Show helper log". One of those should give you more of a hint towards the issue and then you can post it here so someone can advise.

    I only tried one item from the Studio; as that was taking forever and I could see how it was going, I didn't do it anymore to see if I could get help here.   This is what the log tells me if I try to install Genesis 9 Starter Essentials 1 of 2:

    Ahh, yep, "SSL handshake failed" is/was a known issue - although I thought it was fixed?  I assume you are definitely running the latest version of DIM (mine always auto-updates so I assume you have to be).

    There are some suggested fixes here and here.

    Thanks! Getting the cert seems to have fixed my issue.   And yes, I was using the latest version of DIM; I would have thought that would include all the necessary certificates and what not.
