Yes, look in your product library under your account page. Top right hand side of this page, press the icon that looks like the top half of a person icon.
Note that for software such as DAZ Studio, while the most recent version will be available, older versions typically are not available. So if you feel you might need to roll back to or freeze at a version, when you start making backups you should back up those versions.
Also, if you have not already done so and weren't aware, when you start making backups you should back up your content library (and if needed, your content mappings) that are not saved directly within the .duf scenes you create.
