"any" help?
Maybe change the 'rights' so people feel that they may legally download the files. "all rights reserved" means [going by their statements sometime back] that nobody is supposed to download the files just willy nilly.
Maybe learn how to package products so we don't have to put texture folders etc on our Desktop, and spend too much time trying to figure out all those instructions listed in that long paragraph. Many of us keep content for D/S on external harddrives and like to have all the content set up as is normally done with D/S products.
I will apologize in advance if this isn't the "any" help you were referring to.
I have to agree with Catherine, I personally will not download anything that is "all rights reserved" or "non commercial use only", however, that's my personal preference.
As for packaging, again I agree with Catherine, anyone who opens the description and sees the long list you gave might think it's too complicated. Proper packaging is not hard once you have it figured out.
Proper packaging is this ...
Data is very important, product won't work without it, it should be Content - Data - Folder with your name - may include another folder with name of item, depends how you set it up.
Textures should be in Content - Runtime - Textures - Your folder with your name or name of item.
Finally your item in the proper content folder, such as props, environment, shaders, etc.
For clothes it should read Content - Genesis figure it's for - Clothes (or character or materials, etc. - Folder with your name - Folder with name of item.
I hope this helps and please ask questions if you need more help.
Here is a video that may be of help
There's also the Daz documents that can help http://docs.daz3d.com/doku.php/public/publishing/start
Casual also has a script that can help you https://sites.google.com/site/mcasualsdazscripts2/mcjpackager
There's a new to me item you can use https://www.daz3d.com/content-package-assist
And you can find more about it here https://www.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/210511/tutorial-how-to-use-content-package-assist
I have to agree with what other people have said. I'm always grateful for the freebies that people generously make available, but I really can't cope with jumping through hoops trying to get them to work! If they are not packaged properly, I tend to just give up! (I also don't bother with anything with restricted usage!)
