Riversoft Character Converter Issue

I've tried using the Riversoft G3 Male to G8 Male character converter following the instructions from the tutorial video, but every character converted ends up with this weird neck deformity. Has anybody run into similar issues or know how to fix it?

I couldn't find the creator's thread for this product. Hopefully someone else has it. I suggest posting in threads made by the creators as they monitor them and may not see a stray thread such as this one.
