Can't seem to download anything with download manager 1.4.1.36

[Install manager 1.4.1.36] Fails instantly on everything and just shows the retry option. Tried to upload a screenshot but that doesn't work either.

OK this is what I am seeing in the log:

OK I fixed it after reading this link: https://www.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/609721/solved-new-pc-ds-not-installing-error
I installed the linked certificate file and it worked OK.
This was following a recent clean install of Windows 10.
