Open and Edit an Animation

Hi Guys,

I use DAZ for Second Life. I have a special avatar just for animations and it works well. It comes with a CR2 file, and a.obj file. Together, I am able to animate. Yesterday, I was working on animations and got so far. I saved it as a duff and as a .bvh file. When I opened it up today to try and adjust the animations, I realized I cannot. In a new animation, I can drag a hand and move it in any direction. But now that I have re-opened the file, I cannot move the hand except by use of the arrows. This is making animating more tedious. I have tried opening both the duff file and the dae file. They both react the same way. Is there something I'm not doing?

After writing this, I made a brand new animation and have an issue after I save. I can no longer edit the avatar. Not all the "body parts" are listed in the scene window so I am unalbe to reach the upper arm, lower arm and head. I can only reach the hand. Frusterating.

Thanks

Will need to see a screenshot or capture to see what you mean by only restricted to using arrows. What tool are you using to pose (ActivePose or Universal tool)?
