Anyway to export FBX with bone transforms?

I've been trying to export an FBX animation of a genesis 9 figure going through various facial poses, brows up, brows down etc.

I've noticed that some face posed such as "brows up" work by chaning the position of the bones, rather than the rotations.

However, the FBX exporter doesn't seem to export bone position changes, only rotations.

Is there anyw ay to get it to export bone position changes as well as rotations?
