Morphs of clothing do not impact the loading speed of Base figures / Characters...
They will affect the loading speed of the clothing as it is added to the scene, and of the saved file when you open it. However, most of the delay is caused by Studio mapping out all the ERC interactions between morphs, and most clothing has very little of this, so any delay should be minimal compared to what the figures cause.
