June 2023 Building a DAZ machine

I'm looking to build a new DAZ machine, and want recomendations on what specs I should go for.  My old machine has a RTX 2060-6gb, system ram is only 16gb, and that bottleneck has been far too much of a pain.

Starting budget is about $3000, but can go higher.

Goal:  Something that can do DAZ work amazingly well WHILE streaming the process to Twitch.  At other times, something that I can remote connect to from a laptop to play with while at work.  Already watching another thread for input on the remote terminal.  3rd goal:  faster loading times between maps on Guild Wars 2.

Hard drive(s):  My current disc load is 3.6 TB.  So I'd probably want at least 5TB, probably more.

Weird extra:  I want the monitor & keyboard on an arm I can mount to my table and rotate around the room

I hit my peak computer knowledge 20 years ago, so while I can follow some amount of technical terms, I get a bit lost in some of it.
