Purchased item lacking most files

I have just purchased dForce Casual Style Outfit for Genesis 8 and 8.1 Females Bundle and there is almost nothing in the files- basically all that is there is the .duf icon but no content.

How do I go about requesting the fixed folder or a refund?

Thank you very much; that's got it.

Just noticed that in the bundle spec it says 238 KB! Not much of an outfit for that file size

That is because the Bundle page only has the preset to load the separate Dress and Jacket
