Missing Thumbnails, FSL Ultra Layered Makeups

I've owned this product for a while and, while I like it, it has always been missing a good chunk of its thumbnails. Recently (5/24/2023) an update popped up in DM promising "Missing Thumbanails, Fixed," but as far as I can tell, that doesn't seem to be the case for either the Smart Content nor the Content Library, even after a full delete and reinstall.
Just a heads-up. I'll see if I can find where the files are going, maybe it will be another Measure Metrics affair.

It seems that the files: from 'FSLlm Eyeliner 30' to 'FSLlm Eyeliner 42' are duplicated files (wrong numbered ?) with no thumnail images, and there should be files 'FSLlm Eyeliner 030' to 'FSLlm Eyeliner 042'.... pls check the folder and IM package. If so, you may delete those duplicated files...
The files in 2nd screenshot might be the same issue, go to the folder to check if there's any related thumbnail images there... Then submit a ticket if needed.
