Animation is very stuttery

Hello together,
I have a question regarding animation and animation created from the Puppeteer function.
Basically puppeteer works very well and I am very satisfied. After the animation captured by puppeteer, I export it using .fbx or .abc to use it further in another program.
I notice that especially with slow movements the animation is very stuttery.
Is there a way to make the transition from frame to frame smoother?

I am looking forward to constructive answers.

Yes. Don't use record mode.
Use preview mode and select the location you want to place a keyframe in the timeline manually (I set a keyboard key for play/stop, for example).
