Mouse-over suddenly not working in Daz

After rearranging my workspace in Daz, I find that the mouse-over functions no longer seem to be working in Daz.  No enlarged images in the content library, etc...

No other program seems to be effected.  Is there some setting in Daz that I may have accidentally turned off?  if there is, I can't find it.

Yes, press F2, content tab, Display... Tick show tip, sth. like that...
