Are you talking about smart content or the Content Library. Very few third party items have meta data for smart content in them. If you look at your Preferences -> Content Libarary, and then click the large button [ Content Directory Manager], does the linked folders match where you have things installed?
I have checked there and it is pointed to the right place but it is not showing the images to select in smart content. I have reattached the link again in content directory manager and reimported meta data but still nothing. I dont know why this happens. It was working perfectly then DIM decided to uninstall the files. I reinstalled them but now they are not showing. Thanks you your help!
If you inn DS go to Help -> Troubleshooting.., -> Show Log file, and look for any lines saying anything about Content management system, can you post those lines here.
If it doesn't have metadata it won't show in Smart Content. You have created a nested library with your second path. Move "3rd Party Content" folder up one level to under "Users/Shared" and change the path in Content Directory Manager to point to the new location. You should also add these library pathes under Poser Formats.

That's what you get for posting a reply at 7.38 a.m. (I didnt spot that lol), Nice catch.
AS jestmart says, you should move your third part out of the main libraray and give it a separate root.

In DS , in the small menu on the content library pane, if you do Stop CMS then Start CMS, does it come back?
It doesn't come back. There is only 3rd party stuff I have downloaded, not any of my Daz files
