Installation problems

I'm new to this program and when I try to install it, it sends me to the DAZ Install Manager. However, when I log in to download the files, they don't download and I'm immediately given an option to try again. Can anyone tell me why this is happening or what I can do to fix it?

DAZ Install Manager is a tool to download the program and content.
That could be a server issue, or an internet issue. For downloads you just need to check, and post here as an attachment, the main log - if it downloaded and had issues installing you would also want the helper log. Both can be accessed through the gear icon at top-right.
