API:DATABASE Transaction is released

Hey guys,

Strangest thing, I am unable to render an fbx that I exported from Maya - see snippet of log:

I will receive a notification that "Error during rendering!" - after I click the "OK" button then it looks like it will start but it just remains blank forever

I have to completely exit out of Daz to render anything else, because if I try to render a new simple scene, then I am notified "Unable to render. Renderer is already in use" - see last screen shot

If I do completely exit out of Daz, followed by opening it back up and render a simple scene, then no problem, but it will not render this one fbx file - WTF

EDIT: one other note, if I select NVIDIA from the dropdown menu, then Daz crashes - see final attached screenshot - ACCESS VIOLATION... nv_freeimage.dll
