How can I fit LUXE - Fibermesh Lashes and Brows to figures that resize the rig?

Using the lashes from this product: https://www.daz3d.com/luxe--fibermesh-lashes-and-brows seems pretty much impossible. Whenever I try to use these on a figure that changes the rig (so pretty much all of them besides base Genesis 8) I end up with distorted lashes. Like this:

Can I somehow adjust the rigging on these lashes so I can use them on my figures? They actually look fine on base Genesis 8. I tried some stuff, and there is also a "Character Compensation" slider for these, but seems like that is just a hack the PA did because apparently he couldn't figure out the problem himself.
