nothing downloads

in Technical Help (nuts n bolts)

I set up the DAZ installer, to download Bryce 7. I tried several time and made changes to accept more SSL protocols, nothing works. here is the error log: 

Json Parser (1,1): Syntax error - expected '{' or '['
2023-04-17 21:55:20.246 [WARNING] :: SSL Error: 11 - The issuer certificate of a locally looked up certificate could not be found
2023-04-17 21:55:20.246 [WARNING] :: Network Error:  : SSL handshake failed

can anything be done ?

    You have to download the executables files for Bryce, you must run the executables to install, and DIM will install the rest of the content afterward.

    Bryce is only available for download by means of your product library.

    where are the executable files for Bryce 7 pro?  why is it so hard to get it to download, they said just install DIM and it will work

    I keep going in circles, I can't find Bryce 7 pro executables, I can't find a product library, only stuff I purchased, when I hit downloat, it takes me to DIM download. nothing is being downloaded, except DIM that doesn't download Brycce

    Go to the front page. https://www.daz3d.com/

    Upper right, when you're logged in, is a people icon in blue, click it and go to your account.

    From there go to your Product Library.

    In the filter field, type Bryce and it will take you to where you can download the executables.

    There is a 254 MB .exe.file for Windows (the text on that page says "Download zip" but doesn't mean it!) or a 277 MB install package for Mac.

    There is also a 670 MB (or 675 MB for Mac) bundle of free content for Bryce 7 and another 17.2 MB (or 22.7 MB for Mac) of extra free content under the Pro product page here: https://www.daz3d.com/downloader/customer/files#prod_11034
