FBX export to C4d

Ive managed to get fbx export to c4d working well, however i havent been able to export any facial expressions until i have just found this tutorial on you tube massively helpful :)  

This prompts another question, the tutorial mentions exporting morph rules the only one given is head.CTRL  i know that there are more, so is there 

any place i can find the other morphs present on a given figure? (gen2 fem im using at the mo) im assuming there is a menu where i can list /access this info on it.
