Slider doesn't work

Specifically the breast helper slider doesn't work. When every value is zero on a loaded up scene I can use it fine but once used and the scene is saved and loaded up again, it's like I never used it in the first place.

 

Turning on the slider does nothing. 0%, 50%, 100% look all the same.

Which figure is this? Is the slider part of the base or an add-on?
