Scene identification empty after Windows reinstall

After reinstalling Windows I cannot properly fit g3 items to g8 because all base tabs are empty (before they were fine). Any tips on how to restore them?

    Is the Content Management System running? Have you restored your old database, if possible, or reimported metadata (Content Library pane option menu, the lined button in the top corner or right-click the tab, Content DB Maintenance, check Reimport Metadata, select all products and user data in the next dialogue)?

    I did reimport metadata and it's still empty. Maybe I didn't do it correctly. Also, I don't know about CMS.

    Okay, apparently I fixed it by downloading PostgreS CMS and default resources in install manager
