What product is this? Are you sure it is a plug-in and not some other form of content? Are you installing with the Install Manager, and have you set Photoshop up in the Applications tab of Preferences (gear icon at top-right)?

Ah, I thought (on eventually dragging the right name out of the depths of my memory - I'd initially looked for a Light Room Pro) that it was Light Dome Pro-R that you had and was just coming to reply.
It isn't a plug-in for Photoshop, it's an action - those have to be run from the Actions pane in Photoshop (I think it is used to gather together all of the renders produced by the DS tool and stack them into a single PSD file). You may need to use the Load Actions command from the Actions pane option menu in PS - the lined button at top-right. However you path is wrong - you are pointing to the Abode Bridge folder, not the Photoshop folder - so you need to edit that first.
