Using dForce Femme Fatale Hair for Genesis 3 and 8 Females' faceshield with other hairs?

I bought this a while ago precisely to do this very same thing, yet I haven't tried it up til now. To my surprise, I can't find the announced faceshield anywhere--the product's page says it loads with the hair, but I can't find it in the scene tab, nor does it show up when I try to double-click on the faceshield visibility options. Does anybody know what I'm doing wrong? Thanks in advance.

    It does load with th hair, but is parented to the head. Select the head and then expand and you will find it. I see no reason why you can't use it with any other dforce hair, juist make sure the new hair doesn't have a face shield also

    Thanks! I was looking for it on the hair and haircap trees and getting nowhere fast. I was starting to think it was some kind of user-invisible geometry or that my installation was borked.

    Aaaand now it just lit up with me going over it with the universal tool. Of course.
