Smart Content stop working

I just purchased over two dozen packages because I had a number of tokens that were about to expire and I got a really good discount but my smart content stopped working, It was working fine before the purchases. How do I fix this and get ths smart content working again?

    Stopped working entirely, with a complaint about needing a PostgreSQL connection, or stopped working as in not behaving as expected? What excatly is happening?

    Hair, clothing, poses, etc., are not showing up as options to click on
