Norba v. Uther

I am honestly curious about something with the new G9 orc characters, Norba and Uther. Why is Norba almost twice the price of Uther, when Uther actually seems to include much more? I mean, is it just because Norba is the female, and female characters tend to sell better, so ... more money? Or is there something in the quality of the Norba character? 

Seriously trying to understand the thinking here and wondering if I'm missing something....

    Norba appears to be a DAZ core character based on the price (same as others) and Uther is a PA created one bought by DAZ

    What amazes me is how many orc type characters there are at DAZ, LOL
