[How to repair bent arms and twisted wrists?] Please see the attached image. I did not make any changes after importing, only redirected the bones.

Looks a if it is overtwisting now - adding a full rotation instead of just the desired partial rotation, you may have twist applied to a bend bone, with a more limited transition in the weight map from 0% to 100% and there are two few loops to accommodate the effect.
Thank you. According to your method, I solved the problem with this animation, but caused other normal animations to appear distorted. It doesn't seem like a perfect solution.
