problem with missing files

Hello, i recently bought "Modern Military Outfit Props and Accessories" from daz3d shop.

i installed -unistall already (throught the central but also manually)  but the same thing still happens .. (i tried both male or felame gen8,)

Moved to technical help as it is a product issue rather than the Daz Studio application.

The product page https://www.daz3d.com/modern-military-outfit-props-and-accessories lists two required products - do you have at least one of those?
