How did I do this?

This is going to be a stupid question but how did I create this image?

I used "Sketchy - Toon Edge and Art Style Shaders for Iray" [ https://www.daz3d.com/sketchy-toon-edge-and-art-style-shaders-for-iray ] to create the image but I don't know what I did to get the dots and the brown edge shadings. I was experimenting trying different things not really paying attention to what I was doing and what order I did things and I some how created this image which I really like and would like to apply it to other characters but Everything I do now creates a black shading as you see on the shorts and I can't get the skin dots.

Help.
