Inconsistent lighting based on the previews distance to the Light source.

today I noticed that when I try to light a scene with ghost lights (My favourites and best lights period), the lighting is inconsistent, the lights intensity depends solely on the previews position in relation to the light source so if I light an environment and move the preview around it will neve look the same, some part will be unnaturally over exposed and some other part will be unnaturally dark, it wasn't like this before, all my setups were nice and consistent, but now I can't get any work done.
Any idea as to why this might be happening?
