This is no simple matter, and I have never seen a tutorial on how to do this   What figure are you intending to use?

Whatever figure you are thinking of using, you will need morph packages for that figure to give you the best chance of morphing the figure into what you want.    There is this package for the original Genesis figure for example : http://www.daz3d.com/genesis-evolution-head-morphs

There are tuts all over the net for this but it is not easy. The orginal DAZ figures by the way were orginally created with box modeling in Lightwave. The Vicky series I mean. I was there watching one of the modelers working on Vicky 2.

I don't have this product, but from the description of it, I'd say this is supposed to help with this kind of creation:

I am assuming that the OP wants to morphs an existing figure inside DAZ Studio, if the idea is to model a new figure from scratch, then DAZ Studio is not the answer at all.

This is a good tutorial on how to create lookalike characters using DAZ Studio and Hexagon: http://deslea.deviantart.com/art/Tutorial-Lookalike-Faces-in-Daz3D-and-Hexagon-426158536

Really, the Hexagon part is optional but might yield closer results than using DS alone. I've done a number of lookalikes using DS only, but then again I have tons of morph sets (like the Morph Resource Kits by Thorne and Handspan Studios). The more morphs you have, the better. smiley
