question about clothing in the "old days"

I have clothing from G2 and even some G3 and I could crack up the morph values to 1000% or more and there would be no poke throughs. Now with G8 and some G3, even if I increase the vascularity within the normal levels, I get poke throughs.

Why didn't it happen before and why is it happening now and is there anything I can do to keep it from happening with G8 and G3?

No. I have no clue what that is. Can you please provide a link explaining it?

Could it be that the G3 and G8 characters giving you poke through are HD?. A lot less G1 and G2 characters were HD. The reason this is relevant is that autofollow does not follow HD morphs (or so I believe) and I imagine in the modern figures vascularity is done using HD morphs.

If you use no HD morphs on G3 and G8 are they still giving as much poke through?

There's tutorials if you use your google foo, but the simple way is:

    1. Select the item

    2. Edit --> Object --> Geometry --> Add Push Modifier

    3. Enter the name of the Pushmodifier (Dress) or leave it at default

    4. In the parameter tab of the item the control is under: General --> Offset Increasing/decreasing the value and see when it looks good.
