How could I get iRay G3 or G8 eye Textures on Victoria 4 ?  V4 doesn't have the option of changing UVs - does it?

Iray, not iRay. It isn't the textures that are Iray - you could use them with a suitable 3Delight shader too. You either need suitable UVs on the figure in DS, and I'm not sure how well that would work, or you need to bake from one map to another - e.g. in a modelling application shape the oen so the eyes matched the other's in size adn shape, apply the maps, apply blank maps to the Victoria 4 eyes and fo a texture bake.Blender can, I believe, do this.

I don't type Iray because it rreads LRAY (in lower case of course) depending on the font the browser is using.

There is a UV map toggle on the surface tab, so it can be done. Or if you can't make a UV so V4 can wear the new eyes, you could edit the texture to fit the V4 UV. The sclera is pretty close. So the main thing would be to fill in the pupil area and maybe stretch out the iris a bit to fill the area. With V and M4, the Pupil and Iris are one continuous texture, more like the G8.1 and 9 we have now. In this regard, it would be easier to edit G8.1 and 9 eye textures to match the V4 UV map. Then I would use any Genesis 1 or 2 eye texture for the sclera and not even worry about trying to edit the sclera of a G3 or G8. G1 and 2 have mostly the same eye UV as V/M4.
