Help with identifying prop

Would anyone know who made or the name of the scene/prop in this image? It is off Sarsa's Nocturnal Guard outfit and I can't place the scene used. I feel like it's a DM product.

    Thank you Xyer! It's an item I don't even have. That's got to be a first :) That's a nice piece and it's not in my collection. I should correct that :)
