elven world in the clouds

A while ago I found a fairy world above the clouds in the sales. I don't know the vendor. It looked very futuristic and a little like the lords of the rings with bows and so on. It had a little looks of watercolor
Can someone help me. I searched a lot of pages and vendors and it would be nice to find this (elven) city in the clouds. I would be very glad.
