OR3D Medieval Carts Bundle are they pulled by people?

OR3D Medieval Carts Bundle  OR3D Medieval Carts Bundle | Daz 3D  appears it uses people to pull them, as there is no way to hook up a horse, although I see a seat? or is that just an extension of the bottom/floor of the cart?

It looks like they are all meant to be used by people. Horses are too pricey

I did a quick kitbash of Rustic Cart and Yoke for Daz Horse 3 and OR3D Medieval Cart 01

Just some surfaces hidden for the original rustic cart and minor scaling and parenting the medieval cart to the rustic cart.
