PT True Sky HDRI has zero documentation

I'm not finding a support forum for [PT True Sky HDRI] this yet. Nor any documentation. There are a bunch of scripts as "documents" in the documents folder, none of which appear to do anything, or pop up any helpful windows, nor have any documentation to go with them.

I've clicked every single script and none of them do anything. How do you use this?

And Environment Maps are only available through Browse. Maybe there is no way around that, but since they are all named hdri_010, 011, 012, etc, that is about the most pain in the butt way to find what I am looking for there is.

I'm feeling a lot of buyers remorse at the moment.

    Got it.

Don't use Smart Content with this asset, find it in the Content Library. It makes a lot more sense that way. Thank you.

I still think it could use some documentation, but I guess trial and error is the way.

  • I haven't used "smart" content in years.

My go to when trying to locate non-obvious things is Content Library > Products. Find the product in the alphabetical list, right-click on something you want to locate, choose Show asset in > mapped folder. Then try to remember where it was next time you use it. Some particularly sneaky PAs give products a different name in Daz than they do in the shop, in which case you have to rely on readmes, but otherwise this approach usually works.

This is what I do as well; however, I simply double click on the thumbnails listed after selecting the product to load whatever I clicked. Very, very rarely (like thrice in eight years) have I found it necessary to locate something in its mapped folder.
