Can't remove keyframes created with powerpose

I accidentaly used powerpose in my timeline. Now I have a few keyframes on the left hand under "pose controls", though the graph shows no actual change in these keyframes the hand does move, yet not a single bone is shown moving. I can't delete these keyframes, I can't change the interpolation of these keyframes.

How do I get rid of them and the movement?

You are drilling down to the keyframes and selecting them? have you checked on the actual hand bones - PowerPose will use whatever proeprties were used when setting the dots up, not necessarily the Pose Controls.
