[FIXED] Curious. Is 4 of 5 items disappearing from an outfit bundle normal?
UPDATE: The individual item pages seem to have been restored.
It's no big deal, but I had this feathery wing item saved to my wishlist as a potential Daz+ coupon use down the road: [currently, the page is down]
https://www.daz3d.com/x-fashion-crow-lace-lingerie-outfit-wings-for-genesis-8-and-81-females
It's one of those that is bundled so that you can just buy the particular items you want. I have a bunch of eclectic items saved for future coupon use. So, I'm perfectly fine waiting to see what happens to that item, or just forgetting about it if they're gone for good. After I noticed it had vanished, I went to see if the outfit was taken down or something, but found the main page currently active here:

I could have sworn, three of five items were missing when I first checked. Now it's down to one left as of writing this. I wouldn't be so curious if it weren't for the remaining shell of a product page. Here's the product index documentation, or lack thereof, for the wings:
http://docs.daz3d.com/doku.php/public/read_me/index/86840/start
Currently, the main index for the full outfit has no mention of known issues or updates. I'm just riddled with curiosity.
- Has anyone who's been around here longer seen this happen before?
- Could it be a glitch in the site? I checked on PC and mobile.
- What would happen if I or someone else bought the full outfit?
- Would the missing items be there, or would you be paying full price for almost nothing? However, it is on sale at the moment, but I'm hesitant to burn any budget on a curiosity.
- It's also an item in two "Crow 8.1" bundles. This must be either intentional or something Daz is aware of?
- Maybe somewhere like Victoria's Secret issued a cease and desist? It has that winged lingerie look, but so do most costumes for festivals like Carnival.
- Perhaps there was some technical error with certain pieces of the outfit?
- Why not pull the entire page regardless of what reason?
Anyway, I'm sure there is a simple reason and I am overthinking it. Too many detective serials, I deduce.
Just for context, I'm always happy to see more of xtrart-3d's stuff. I think the Tactical Outfit was the first clothing item I bought from the store and is still one of my favorites! I had thought those wings looked really interesting and would be fun to try mixing with other outfits as accents or for embellishing something like the "evenstar wings". Add a bit of color and flare here and there, ya know?
I suppose I'd be a bit more bothered if I had unknowingly bought a bundle and expected it to be available. I hope no one has that issue and it gets fixed soon!

It is not normal.
Not sure if this is a glitch or they are just combining the separates into one product? I know there are people on either side of the issue of breaking outfits into separate products but I think the side in favour of not splitting them up won?
I do have this product as I bought the crow bundle - so I have four products that were available at the time of my purchase: the full outfit, the bottoms, the bra and the boots. However, if you look at the description for the full outfit product (86761) it does list the whole outfit and the relevant morphs and materials for all the component parts. So you can just use that and if you only wanted the wings (for example) you can load the whole outfit and then remove all the other parts.
So, what yoiu have discovered is a bit odd but I don't believe that it has been pulled due to any infringement or anything like that - else the whole outfit would have to have been removed/delisted.
Thanks for checking your copy!
You're probably right. I think that the way in which traditional product bundles appear to work, by unlocking each item listed, caused me to assume that these "split" outfits worked the same way, and that the items not being present meant they might not be able to be accessed even if they were paid for through the full file. It would make much more sense to keep the original files unified and merely create instances of the specific pieces.
The vanishing and partial pieces remaining was what had me perplexed. I wonder if it is as simple as, like you said, they decided to consolidate the items, yet merely missed one? That might account for why I remember seeing there be two items listed before returning to find only one.
If I decide to buy it while on sale, as the full price is farther out of coupon range, I'll try to remember to edit and update my original post with whether or not all is in order.
