normally I would try and help, but I am not going to that site for various reasons and that is one of the sites we can't post links to here at DAZ. Your best bet is to ask there (although I wouldn't recommend going there)
Sorry, I had a look but couldn't find it. The closest I can suggest is the dForce VFashion Cold Shoulder Shirt and Shorts for Genesis 8 Female(s) which is in two parts rather than one and would need a custom material plus a buckle from elsewhere to get a closer match.
It looks to me like something by Lilflame at Renderosity.
It's probably this dForce Axya Casual Outfit for Genesis 8 Females.
