What's this outfit?

Hi,

Do you guys know what is this outfit? I also saw it on Dain promo but not in the description. 

Do you knoe if you can use the top separately with other pants or it's specifically made for this one and using another would make it look bad / cropped?

Also: is there any dogtags in DAZ? I saw one in the store but looks rather bad tbh.
