Character Converter from Genesis 3 Male to Genesis 8 Male Issue

When I try to use the Character Converter from Genesis 3 Male to Genesis 8 Male script, a pop up saying "Error opening file" shows up, followed by "An error occurred when reading the file, see the log for more details". I've had this product for a few years now, but haven't used it in a while. I can't seem to get it to work, even after uninstalling and reinstalling it. Any tips on how to fix? Help greatly appreciated.

    Had the same problem.

    Reinstall it, Solved problem.
