with all those layers and small bits, it looks like a dforce nightmare, to use and design. Cool dress though

The vendor ARKI immediately comes to mind.

    That's purty!

  • Too many layers. I think that that would be beyond the capabilities of any sim framework besides Marvelous Designer or Houdini's Vellum.

Gorgeous and I think if I wore the heels that it deserved, I would catch the hem and rip it out and then trip down the stairs.

But wow, the artist that designed that and pulled off the stitching... such delicate work.

Oh wow, so gorgeous! Maybe some of the layers could be fake, like, not really separate but made to look that way? Or one could make them as separate pieces and then actually load them and dForce them separately as well, one on top of the other. Oooh, I can imagine that ... But would take so long of course ... Very beautiful dress anyways, I'd also much love to have something like this in my library.

It could be done in dForce. But personally I am squirming at the thought of simulation all those layers. I am counting 6 at least o_O
I'ld probably split up the dress into individual parts of 2 layers max and run several simulations, freeze parts, simulate again, etc.
I think my maximum number of layers I ever did for an outfit are 4, and they were a pain in the behind to set up correctly.
I am working on a new outfit with 3 layers right now, and the freezing tricks works on that...
So bottom line: yes, it can be done. Depends on how much suffering you can take using such an outfit in DS ;)

looking at the feet in particular one can tell it is AI generated

I know it would be a nightmare, but I still want it, lol. I think each layer being its own piece would also make it a diverse outfit.
